In this 2-day workshop, learn the intricacies of how Zen Ki Yoga works and how you can tell if you have imbalances in your health from your face, your body, your meridians and the way you do your yoga. Learn special tips to help you improve your yoga and overall health. Taste some food that will help you get back on the road to great health and learn how to make it yourself!!

Workshop will include yoga, macrobiotics, meridians, seasonal info, face and body diagnosis. Recipes and of course as usual - LOTS OF NOTES so you can keep using the information.
