Friday, 6 - 9 pm Intro to meridians + water element (winter)
Saturday, 10.30 am - 1 pm Wood element (spring)
Saturday, 1.45 - 4.15 pm Fire element (summer)
Sunday, 10.15 am - 12. 45 pm Earth element (late summer + change of season)
Sunday, 1.30 - 4 pm Metal element (autumn)
There will be 30 minutes after the above times on Saturday and Sunday if needed to cover the elements properly.
Zen Ki Yoga is based on the 12 meridians of Zen Shiatsu, the 5 elements and the principles of yin and yang. In this full weekend workshop, you will learn how every Zen Ki Yoga pose has an effect on your physical body, emotional and psychological well-being.
This workshop will empower YOU to work within your needs to change your overall health emotionally, physically and psychologically for the better.

Over 3 days, you will:
locate all 12 meridians + apply western anatomy
learn 5-element theory
discover how each meridian relates to your emotional & psychological wellbeing
learn key poses for each meridian and feel energy moving through the meridians in your body
learn the principles of yin and yang and how they relate to meridians and energy
learn how to manipulate the meridians to change your body and mind
connect on a deeper level to your mind/body relationship
learn how each element relates to each season and why your yoga practice should change with the seasons
uncover how to use food as medicine to have a positive effect on each element/season
This workshop will include yoga and notes. Great for any level of experience.
