In this 10-day online detox we are doing a specific detox for your kidney and bladder meridians (the water element) and then we will ease you back to your diet with some healthier habits. You will do daily yoga classes LIVE with Janie on Zoom, receive daily emails and you will receive recipes to align your body with winter time and lots of information to help you through your detox.
