We understand things come up!!  We can refund under the following conditions:

  • cancel 6 weeks or more before retreat - refund less $50 admin fee

  • cancel 4 weeks before retreat or less than 6 weeks - refund less $150

  • cancel less than 4 weeks before retreat - we can only refund if we get someone to fill your place.

I want to thank you for a wonderful weekend, let you know I really enjoyed it & the company of such a lovely group. Everyone was really lovely & your teacher trainers were particularly warm & friendly.  You are a natural teacher, I appreciated your clear instructions & empathy for all in the room.  I appreciate the little extras you put into retreat such as the work behind the scenes.


Just prior to the retreat I was very nervous about attending as when initially booked & paid for I had good intentions of getting fit again prior but unfortunately left it to the last minute,  but feel the best I have felt in many months today and am reinvigorated to eat well & exercise more.
