Corporate classes are a great way to boost moral at work and keep staff in top form for optimal success. Please note, your appointment time will be confirmed upon booking by email

Cancelation Policy

If you are booking a private appointment and you need to cancel, please cancel within 24 hours prior otherwise you will be charged 50%. Full price is charged if you don't show up or cancel less than 12 hours notice. Group scheduled Zoom classes must be cancelled at least 2 hours before your class which you must do through the MindBody app.
