In this 10-day online detox we are doing a specific detox for your stomach and spleen meridians (the earth element) and then we will ease you back to your diet with some healthier habits. You will do daily yoga classes LIVE with Janie on Zoom, choice to attend a face-to-face classes with Janie on both Wednesday evenings, receive daily emails with an extra online class to do each day (if you choose to) and you will receive recipes to align your body with late summer and the change of season and lots of information to help you through your detox.
