Zen Ki Yoga is so much more than 'just yoga' and so different to anything you've ever done before!

Zen Ki Yoga is a Japanese form of yoga based on shiatsu therapy and oriental medicine. By focusing on aligning and supporting your body with the changes of the season, Zen Ki Yoga strengthens your body internally, corrects imbalances and weaknesses and addresses specific areas for weight loss and strength.

Janie Larmour's DVD for SummerWinter: Build strength in your bladder and kidneys, which means fewer trips to the toilet, improved sexual performance and warmth in your body. Your spine will be strengthened and you will also experience a feeling of more motivation, confidence and relaxation through your nervous system.

Janie Larmour's DVD for SummerSpring: With this Spring class, you will work on your liver and gall bladder meridians. These meridians rule your joints, muscles and blood - detoxing the blood and creating more flexibility in the mind as well as your body while achieving a calmer, more patient mind. This DVD comes to you after years of requests by students and is the first of the first series for Spring/Summer/Late Summer/Winter/Autumn.

Janie Larmour's DVD for Summer Summer: Work on strengthening your small intestine to improve your absorption of nutrients for more strength and power in mind and body. You will also work on opening up the heart energy, helping to keep energy flowing and releasing pressure to keep you happy, open and free.

Janie Larmour's DVD for Summer Late Summer: This is also used as we experience changing seasons. You will work on your meridians that deal with digestion – the stomach and spleen. This includes helping the energy to flow through the pelvis, improving your menstrual cycle (if female). Your immune system will be boosted and you will feel more nourished from within aiding weight loss and piece of mind. These two meridians help break up habits and assist in us accepting and making changes in our lives (including maintaining our health as we experience the change of seasons).

Yoga Mats Yoga mats: Zen Ki Yoga is best done on a cotton mat so you can move and slide your body around. Order your own cotton mat with foam insert. The mats are fully washable, can be easily stored and come in 8 colours: blue, red, green, hot pink, light pink, black, purple, yellow.
