A macrobiotic breakfast is served immediately afterward. You may take away if you are in a hurry. You will receive notes and recipes to keep you in line with the change of season and help you learn what foods are best to eat at this time of year and what foods you should avoid!

You also receive an open pass to come to any other class during the period of your yoga intensive. This means, if you have time, you can come to other morning, lunch or evening classes on any day. This is optional and not transferable to any other person.
Places for each intensive are limited, so please reserve your place early. If you want to reserve your place, please call or email and details for payment of the intensive will be given. The intensive must be paid in full to secure your place. Placement is on first come, first serve basis.
