5 - Week Women’s Health Program

Fertility, Pregnancy Preparation, Menstrual Pain, bladder weakness and related issues.  Spend 5 weeks coming to a regular class completely focused on detoxing and strengthening the blood, getting the flow of energy, blood and information moving through the pelvis and sorting out the flow of hormones.


Each attendee will receive notes and advice for poses to do throughout each week as homework (tailored to suit your goals) and a discount on regular classes will be offered to those who wish to come to extra classes through each week.


These classes will not be open to casual visitors - bookings essential.  Not suitable for pregnant women (please come to the Monday 7.15 pm or Thursday, 6 pm class if already pregnant).

Zen Ki I - basic yoga poses - 2011

Learn how the yoga poses fit with the seasons and meridians.  Take your practise deeper by learning what each pose if for.  This course is not just yoga.  It involved writing down each poses and handing in an assignment at the end of the course.

Macrobiotics - 2012

Foods can heal our bodies, often faster than any other treatment. Learn about the foods you should eat to align your body with every season and how to use foods and your lifestyle to optimize your health and to heal specific ailments.  This course will teach you what foods to eat in each season to keep your body healthy as the climate changes.  You will learn the philosophy of Yin and Yang, the 5-element theory of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), facial diagnosis and much more...

Just Breathe - Breathing Workshop

Learn to relieve stress, shoulder and neck tension by learning how to breathe properly. Breathing is the most available resource you have to relieve stress and to restore and maintain your vitality and energy.

Did you know more than 80% of the population breathe poorly and are not aware of it? Most of us are only breathing at 30% of our full capacity, which has an effect on our concentration, energy levels, memory, blood pressure and sleeping patterns, all of which affect our stress levels and the way we deal with stress.

For people who experience neck & shoulder tension, anxiety, high blood pressure, insomnia, panic attacks, stress, lack of energy or motivation, some skin conditions & chronic pain.

The workshop will teach you techniques to use in times of stress and relaxation. Information workbook included.
